2. How We Use Subprocessors
We use subprocessors to:
Operate and host our products and supporting infrastructure
Process AI tasks (e.g., extraction, classification, summarization) using customer-approved model providers
Monitor reliability, detect security events, and maintain service availability
Deliver communications (e.g., transactional emails), where applicable
In many engagements, model provider selection and deployment approach are driven by customer requirements and contract scope.
3. Subprocessor List (Public)
| Provider | Purpose | Data Processed | Typical Processing Location |
|---|---|---|---|
Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud Infrastructure, Storage, & AI Models (Bedrock) | Customer Data, logs, metadata | Region varies (e.g., India, US, EU) |
Microsoft Azure | Cloud Infrastructure & AI Models (OpenAI/Azure AI) | Customer Data, logs, metadata | Region varies (e.g., India, US, EU) |
Google Cloud (GCP) | Cloud Infrastructure & AI Models (Vertex AI / Gemini) | Customer Data, logs, metadata | Region varies (e.g., India, US, EU) |
Cloudflare | Security, bot protection, & AI Workers | IP address, security telemetry; Customer Data only if proxied | Global (edge) / region varies |
4. Data Handling Commitments (Summary)
No training on Customer Data
ApexIQ does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models.
Provider selection
Model providers and processing locations may be selected based on customer requirements and contract scope.
Data minimization
We aim to process only what is required to deliver the service.
Security expectations
We require subprocessors to maintain appropriate security measures for the services they provide.
5. Subprocessor Changes
We may update subprocessors from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page. For customers under contract, notification terms (if any) will be governed by the applicable agreement (and/or Data Processing Addendum [DPA]).
